The Gretyl

The Gretyl is a unique five story design. At approximately 5700 total square feet, it is one of the largest homes we have ever designed.

Main and Upper Floors

The main and upper floors combine for approximately 2650 square feet. The main floor features an open foyer, laundry, half bath, rear entry with cubbies, a formal living room, a family room with a fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen with an island. The upper floor has a loft area, office, a spacious master bedroom, and a large master bathroom with a walk in closet.

2nd Floor

The top floor has approximaterly 920 square feet. There are two bedrooms, both with walk in closets. The bedrooms are split by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

3rd floor and basement

The third floor and basement combine for approximately 2140 square feet. The third floor has two bedrooms, each with walk in closets. The third floor also has a full bathroom and a family room. The basement has a rec room / game room with a bar area. It also features a workout room and half bath. The utility room is unfinished.
