The Kensington

The Kensington is an affordable four level split. This plan offers 2351 square feet excluding the lowest fourth floor. It has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

Upper Floors

The top floor has 800 square feet. The master bedroom features a large walk in closet and master bath. The upper floor also includes two other bedrooms and a full bath. It is completed with open railing to the main level.

The main level is 804 square feet featuring an open floor plan. The cathedral ceiling gives this level a roomy feel. As you enter the home, the foyer opens to the comfortable living room. The dining room and kitchen are open to each other. The kitchen area features an island and walk in pantry.

Lower Floors

The third level has 748 square feet. It comes with an open design for a game room and family room featuring a corner gas fireplace. Further it has a large entry way next to the laundry room and half bath. This floor is finished off with storage areas and a room that could be either a den or office.

The bottom level has another 800 square feet and can come finished or unfinished. It is designed to have a large rec room, a bedroom and mechanical room with plenty of storage.
