This 2163 square foot rambler has an open design kitchen, living and dining room. The great room has a high vaulted ceiling. The main floor has a master suite, two bedrooms and full bath along with mudroom cubbies and laundry room.

The Camden 2 takes our popular Camden plan and removes the sport court.

The Haven
Our newest floorplan is one of a kind. The open layout main floor has vaulted ceilings. It features a main floor master suite with walk in closet. Plus and additional bedroom and full bath.

The Lincoln
This 2088 square foot rambler has an open design kitchen, living and dining room. The main floor has a master suite, two bedrooms and full bath along with mudroom cubbies and laundry room.

The Sheffield
The Sheffield is an 1884 square foot rambler style home with hip style roof, enhancing its curb appeal.
The main floor of this features a master suite on side and two bedrooms and full bath on the other. The open design kitchen, dining and living offer plenty of living space.
The Tanner 2

The Tanner 2 takes all the great features on the Tanner and adds 60 sq ft. The Tanner 2 main floor laundry becomes much bigger.

This 1900 sq ft rambler features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, a stand alone tub and custom tile shower.
