The Adaline
This Titan Homes two story design comes with a mother in law suite on the main floor that is nearly 800 square feet. The primary house comes with nearly 2400 square feet finished on the main and upper. The full unfinished basement is nearly 2000 square feet.
The in law suite has a full kitchen, family room, bedroom, bath and walk in closet with room for a standup washer / dryer.
The primary house has three beds and two baths up including the primary suite. The main floor is an open design between the kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a front office/den and the back entry mud room as well.
The Aspen II
The Aspen II adds square footage to the original Aspen creating a larger dining area as well as Jack and Jill suite on the 2nd floor and 4th bedroom ensuite.
The main floor has an open design kitchen, living room and dining room with mudroom, main floor laundry room and front office.
The upper floor has three bedrooms, full bathroom and master bedroom suite. The master suite has a double vanity, walk in tiled shower and large walk in closet.
The Ava
This Titan Homes two story design has 2520 square feet with room to grow in the 1283 square foot unfinished basement. The Ava features four bedrooms and a laundry room on the upper level.
The main level has an open design between the kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a front office/den and the back entry mud room showcases cubbies and message center, half bath and large walk in closet.
The Berkley
The main floor features a master suite and large two story family room, open to the kitchen. The kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, walk in pantry and large center island. The main floor also features a den, ½ bath, laundry room with laundry chute and mudroom with cubbies.
The upper floor has three bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate bathing/toilet area. This plan has over 2660 sq. ft. on the main and upper levels combined with a huge basement for future expansion.
The Berkley with Loft
The Berkley with Loft takes our traditional Berkley plan and flips the kitchen and living room. This allows for a loft area on the 2nd floor, increasing the home's square footage to over 2830.
The rest of the Berkley layout remains the same, including a two story great room, main floor master and three bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
The Castlebrook II
The Castlebrook II takes the original Castlebrook and rearranges the main floor. Where the formal dining room was, is now the mudroom, powder bath, pantry and walk in closet. This allows for a spacious sunroom at the back of the house.
The master bathroom has his and hers vanities, soaking tub and tiled shower with glass surround. The laundry room is also location on the 2nd floor with full bath and three additional bedrooms.
The Castlebrook III
We improved the Castlebrook again.
This version has 3238 sq ft. We added his and her walk in closets to the master suite. We added a jack and jill bath to the first two bedrooms. As well as a 3/4 bath to third bedroom.
The Channing
The Channing is a 2450 square foot two story with a covered porch and three stall garage.
This design features the master suite, two bedrooms and full bath on second floor. The main floor shocases an open design kitchen, dining and living room. The back mudroom has walk in closet, cubbies and laundry room.
The Chesterfield
This two story design with over 2600 square feet features a large master suite, two bedrooms, full bath and bonus room on the upper floor.
The main floor has an open floor plan with large back entry. The back entry has cubbies, a half bath, laundry, pantry and walk in closet.
The Emery
One of our newest plans, the Emery has nearly 3200 square feet on the main and upper floor.
The main floor features a large back entry mudroom with cubbies and half bath. The open concept kicthen has a eight foot island and pantry. The main floor also offers a large laundry room and front den.
The second floor of the Emery has three bedrooms, full bathroom and master suite. The master suite has large walk in closet, walk in tiled shower and bath tub.
The Greta
This two story has 2843 square feet on the upper two levels plus over 1200 square feet in the basement.
The main floor features an open design with mudroom, powder bath, kitchen, dining, living room and sunroom with vaulted ceilings.
The upper floor showcases the master suite with trayed ceiling, two spacious bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry room. It is finished off with a bonus room above the garage that can be used as a third bedroom, play room or family room.
The Isabelle
This two story plan has 3634 square feet with an open design main floor.
It has a main floor master suite with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has a large island and walk in pantry. The main floor den is located off the foyer. Plus a mudroom, message center, cubbies, powder bath and laundry near the garage entrance.
The upper floor has three bedrooms plus a flex room. There are two jack and jill bathrooms.
The Ivy
This two story plan has over 2500 square feet with an open design main floor. With large island and walk in pantry, there is plenty of storage in the Ivy kitchen. The main floor den is located off the kitchen, with mudroom, message center, cubbies and powder bath near the garage entrance.
The upper floor has three bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry room and master suite. The master suite features a walk in tiled shower with glass door.
The Manhattan
This large 2 story has over 3000 sq. ft. The upper floor features three bedrooms, all with unique character features, and a full bath.
This home has a main floor master suite with separate his and her walk in closets and a large bathroom with custom tile shower and soaking tub. The main floor also has a 2 story great room open to the huge kitchen. There is a den off the front entrance as well as a mudroom with cubbies, walk in closet, laundry room and ½ bath off the back entry.
The Manhattan II
This floor plan takes our traditional Manhattan floor plan and straightens the garage, for more flexibility when choosing a lot. This home has 3017 square feet on the main and upper floor.
It features an impressive master suite with his and her walk in closets. The main floor has an open layout, den, laundry and a two story living room. The back entry has cubbies, walk in closet and 1/2 bath. The upper floor has 857 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms and a bath.
The McKinley
This two story design has 2536 square feet on the main and upper floor. The main floor features an open layout between the kitchen, dining and living areas. It has an open two story foyer. The main also has a den, back entry with laundry, cubbies and 1/2 bath.
The upper floor has 1351 square feet. The upper has 3 bedrooms including the master suite plus an oversized bonus room
The Monica
With over 2200 square feet, this two story design has a covered porch, two story great room, and three stall garage.
The main floor has an open layout between the kitchen, dining and living areas. The upper level has a large master suite with walk in closet and custom shower.
The Monica II
The Monica II takes the original Monica plan and closes up the two story great room. With additional square footage on the 2nd floor, there are now three bedrooms, full bath, laundry room and master bedroom suite.
The Oxford
This two story was featured on the 2013 Spring Parade of Homes. It is an impressive 3762 square feet. The main level has 1859 square feet. It has an open layout between the kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a large pantry just off of the kitchen. The main has a laundry / craft room, walk in closet, back entry with cubbies and an office / den.
The upper level has 1903 square feet. It has a large master suite plus three additional bedrooms and two additional baths.
The Ruby
The Ruby has over 2700 square feet with a main floor master suite and two story great room.
The main floor has a mudroom with walk in closet, 1/2 bath and laundry room. The kitchen has a large island and walk in pantry with tons of cabinet space.
The second floor holds three bedrooms all with walk in closets and a full bath.
